Voyager is a typeface based on Futura. The designer has made it look… futuristic. It wouldn’t be out of place on the cover of a sci-fi book or movie.

Brave is the latest offering from Pixar. I’m not sure what to think about it. It looks like a huge step away from it’s usual productions: funny and charming. Just look at the synopsis:

Scottish princess, Merida, defies her parents by persuing an interest in archery, but inadvertently jeopardizes her father’s kingdom in the process.

Dancing with hands. Be patient, it gets cool.

The design of the Jack Daniels label has been updated. They’ve reduced the amount of information of the bottle, and made all the type and lines on the label less strong.

The designers have done a smashing job at keeping to the company’s roots – I’m sure 80% of people won’t even realise the label has changed.
