This morning, I found out that the revolutionary, visionary genius and, in my opinion, the World’s greatest CEO lost his battle to cancer. Steve Jobs’ death is a massive loss to the world of design & technology and I’m sure most people didn’t realise it would affect them as much as it has.

Without Steve Jobs, both Apple and technology wouldn’t be where it is today. He was and always will be a huge inspiration to myself and millions of people all around the globe.

When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will ever see it. You’ll know it’s there, so you’re going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through.
